Okay - so time flies but really it has been so long since I last posted. I started this blog as a way to deal with the decision to go gray. It was a tough call but despite not loving the grow out period and having to cut my hair shorter, now that the process is over I feel so much better. Freer. Many women come up to me and ask about the process and how they love the look. I do not have a full head of gray hair, just more highlights which is fine. Now that I have fully accepted my new look, changed my make-up and wardrobe, and learning about purple shampoo and water softeners I have realized there is so much more to accept as we age and the outward appearance is only one.
I posted about my new role which I still have but it has been 2.5 years in draft…embarrassing that I did not hit send sooner. I’m going to share some thoughts in blogs that have moved me into action over the past several years - I hope you can identify with this, if so comment on the post, I would love to hear from you.
